To ensure that no gender based discrimination takes place which hinders women’s progress and equal opportunities for Her by developing a custom-made Anti Sexual Harassment Policy for grassroots organizations;
To create a secure and stress free environment for women workers/ employees and provide trainings that demystify the Sexual Harassment of Women At Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013;
To promote a healthy work environment in which men and women can work as a colleagues and develop their fuller potential through Trainings in local language;
To put in place a mechanism for prevention, prohibition and the ‘setting right of what has been wronged’ by sexual harassment cases at work place through Internal Complaints Committee for the redressal of complaints.
