Dr. Rachna Singh has been engaged as a Social Development Specialist for over 20 years and as a Business School Faculty for over 14 years. Her specializations compliment each other as a powerful trainer and capacity builder of trainees from diverse backgrounds spreading across global corporate environments to rural communities where she has a proven track record. She has designed and delivered creative and customised projects in her earlier avatar as a Co-Founder of End Poverty NGO. Her commitment to making ‘work-spaces’ safe office environments for women are manifest as a POSH External Member in several institution’s Internal Complaint Committees.

Rashmi Shrotri is a Chef Entrepreneur based out of Gurgaon and a Psycholory Graduate from Kamla Nehru College. She is also an Interior Designer from the New Delhi Polytechnic and has worked as a client servicing manager in a Delhi based buying house for six years.

Varsha Kirtani an Architect and Designer, currently she is a Director in the Meti Eco Tech Innovations Pvt Ltd., an entrepreneurial architectural firm. Varsha has a rich professional experience spanning across Goa, Bangalore and Hong Kong. Varsha returned to India in the year 2009 and is settled in Gurugram since 2011.

Archana Saksena an MBA in Finance is currently she is the Director of her venture ‘Raga Hospitality’ running ‘Scoops’ a beloved ice creams brand loved by its office-goers. Archana has a demonstrated track record in identifying business opportunities and successfully navigating business. She started out as an entrepreneurial in 2006 with ‘Tansha Travels’ and is the first and only woman entrepreneur in travel business in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.

Dr.Kakoli Sen is a Ph.D in Management with 10 years’ experience in the Corporate and 17 years in Academics. She is a specialist in Leadership, Institutional Advancement, International Collaborations, New Program development and Corporate Communications. She has done international consultancies in Africa and has worked with prestigious educational institutions on Indian, British and European Education Systems. Her papers and case studies have been published in ABDC Listed journals, Richard Ivey cases and Harvard Business Publishing.
